Complete Home Staging
Partial Home Staging
Completely furnishing and accessorizing an entire vacant home and outdoor living spaces. This includes interior and outdoor furniture, art, accessories, and linens. We will take into consideration features of the home that should be highlighted, as well as making sure everything is photography-ready. This process begins with a walk-through of the home, followed by a written proposal/scope of work. Once this is signed and approved, we will get you on the schedule for staging which is completed in one-three days.
Staging the most important rooms and leaving the others vacant, or staging with a mix of the homeowner's furnishing and our inventory. Often times, it is not necessary to stage every room in a home. Together, we will chose the spaces that we see as essential in order to portray your home in its best light. We prefer to work with unoccupied homes.
Hourly Staging Consultation
The consultation is educational to both the home owner and agent, and provides a start to the process involved in getting a property ready to sell. Each consultation includes a complete walk-through of the interior and exterior of the property, and includes a detailed report and an analysis of the changes that are recommended for preparing your home for the resale market. We charge $500 for this service.
Presentations
For realtors in the Greater Seattle Area, we offer free, educational presentations on home staging in the luxury market. Topics discussed include introducing staging to your client, getting what you want from your home stager, why staging works, and more.
